Progress Residential Shares NLHA Scholarship Opportunity for Eligible Residents

SCOTTSDALE, AZ – Progress Residential, a leading provider of professional property management services for rental homes in the U.S., is happy to share an opportunity for residents to receive tuition assistance through the National Leased Housing Association (NLHA) Education Fund scholarship program.

This nonprofit initiative supports residents of federally assisted housing, including Section 8 and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit properties, by providing scholarships for high school, undergraduate, and graduate students.

Eligibility: Open to students from high school through graduate school.

• AIR Gives Opportunity Scholarship: Assists college freshmen or returning undergraduate students.
• Bill Gandert Memorial Vocational Scholarship: Supports graduating high school seniors interested in studying a trade (e.g., electrician, nurse, plumber, medical assistant, hair stylist, paramedic).
• Mary Lou Manzie Memorial Scholarship: Benefits non-traditional students (those who have been out of high school for at least three years) pursuing an associate or undergraduate degree.
• Neil Churchill Memorial Scholarship: Aimed at eligible applicants seeking to complete graduate-level coursework.

Awards: Scholarships can be used for tuition and education-related expenses.
