Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor or any of its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies (collectively, \u201c<strong>Sweepstakes Entities<\/strong>\u201d) and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Participation constitutes&nbsp;Entrant\u2019s&nbsp;full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor\u2019s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth&nbsp;herein. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. <strong>Sweepstakes Period<\/strong>. Sweepstakes begins on\/about&nbsp;July 15,&nbsp;2026&nbsp;when Sponsor publishes a post promoting the Sweepstakes (\u201c<strong>Sweepstakes&nbsp;Post<\/strong>\u201d) on the @progressresidential&nbsp;Instagram and Facebook&nbsp;accounts&nbsp;and ends on&nbsp;July 15,&nbsp;2026&nbsp;at&nbsp;11:59&nbsp;PT.&nbsp;(\u201c<strong>Sweepstakes Period<\/strong>\u201d).&nbsp;Sponsor\u2019s computer is the official time keeping device for&nbsp;this Sweepstakes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. <strong>How to Enter<\/strong>.&nbsp;Entry into the Sweepstakes requires&nbsp;a(n)&nbsp;Instagram or Facebook&nbsp;account set to&nbsp;public&nbsp;and access to the internet.&nbsp;It is free to create&nbsp;an Instagram or Facebook&nbsp;account&nbsp;and you may do so by going to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.facebook.com<\/a>&nbsp;or&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.instagram.com<\/a>&nbsp;and following the prompts.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the Sweepstakes Period, you must:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Follow (if not following already) the&nbsp;@progressresidential&nbsp;account on&nbsp;Instagram or Facebook&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Like the Sweepstakes&nbsp;Post; and&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Comment 5 emojis&nbsp;that describe your perfect summer day&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upon completion of the above steps, you (\u201c<strong>Entrant<\/strong>\u201d) will automatically receive&nbsp;one&nbsp;(1)&nbsp;entry\/entries ([each, an] \u201c<strong>Entry<\/strong>\u201d) into the&nbsp;Sweepstakes.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">LIMIT&nbsp;ONE (1) ENTRIES PER PERSON.&nbsp;Entries received&nbsp;in excess of&nbsp;this limit will be disqualified. Sponsor and Sponsor\u2019s agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, or service providers may use&nbsp;Entrants\u2019 personal information&nbsp;submitted&nbsp;with Entry for purposes of prize fulfillment and\/or for future marketing by Sponsor, such as to&nbsp;notify them&nbsp;of a product or promotion that Sponsor thinks may be of interest.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Automated or bulk Entries or Entries submitted by third parties will be disqualified, at Sponsor\u2019s discretion.&nbsp;Multiple&nbsp;Entrants are not&nbsp;permitted&nbsp;to share the same email address.&nbsp;In the event of&nbsp;a dispute as to the identity of an&nbsp;Entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be&nbsp;deemed&nbsp;to be the&nbsp;Entrant. The \u201cauthorized account holder\u201d is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service&nbsp;provider&nbsp;or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may&nbsp;be required&nbsp;to show proof of being the authorized account holder to the Sponsor or&nbsp;forfeit&nbsp;the prize. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address will be disqualified and ineligible to win. All required information must be completed and&nbsp;provide&nbsp;to be eligible to enter. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or untimely Entries are void and will be disqualified.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entries, comments, and any content&nbsp;(including all pictures)&nbsp;submitted or uploaded to any social media sites or other public sites in connection with this Sweepstakes (collectively, \u201c<strong>Content Submissions<\/strong>\u201d) may not contain, depict or show any content that: (i) is sexually explicit or suggestive, offensive, lewd, profane, obscene; (ii) promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous, or any political agenda or message; (iii) defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about Sponsor or other companies; (iv) contains any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, last names (first names are permitted), e-mail addresses or street addresses for any person other than&nbsp;Entrant, or otherwise infringes on the privacy of any person other than an&nbsp;Entrant; (v) communicates messages or images inconsistent with the positive image and good will of Sponsor\u2019s brand; and\/or (vii) violates any law. Any Content Submissions that&nbsp;contain&nbsp;such content will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and unfettered discretion to disqualify any Content Submission that&nbsp;its&nbsp;believes is inappropriate, that does not&nbsp;comply with&nbsp;these Official Rules, or that is not consistent with the spirit or theme of the Sweepstakes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. <strong>Selection\/Notification of Winners<\/strong>.&nbsp;On or about&nbsp;July 27,&nbsp;2026,&nbsp;one&nbsp;(1) potential winner(s) (each, a \u201c<strong>Potential Winner<\/strong>\u201d) will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor or Sponsor\u2019s designee from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On or about&nbsp;July 28,&nbsp;2026&nbsp;Potential Winner(s) will be notified by direct message on&nbsp;Instagram or Facebook&nbsp;to the&nbsp;Instagram or Facebook&nbsp;account used to enter the Sweepstakes (\u201c<strong>Notification<\/strong>\u201d).&nbsp;Except where legally prohibited, each Potential Winner may&nbsp;be required&nbsp;to sign a declaration of eligibility and a liability and publicity release (\u201c<strong>Declaration<\/strong>\u201d) and return this document within&nbsp;two&nbsp;(2)&nbsp;business days of the Notification being sent&nbsp;in order to&nbsp;claim his\/her prize. In the event a Potential Winner chooses not to accept his\/her prize, is not in compliance with these Official Rules, is unable to be notified, if any correspondence from Sponsors or a prize is returned as undeliverable, if a Potential Winner fails to sign and return the Declaration within the required time period (if applicable), or if a Potential Winner is disqualified for any reason, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from all of the remaining qualified Entries. Only&nbsp;ONE (1)&nbsp;alternate&nbsp;drawing(s) will be held, after which any&nbsp;prizes may remain unawarded.&nbsp;LIMIT ONE (1) PRIZE PER&nbsp;PERSON \/&nbsp;PER&nbsp;HOUSEHOLD. AN&nbsp;ENTRANT&nbsp;IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL&nbsp;ENTRANT\u2019S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND&nbsp;ENTRANT&nbsp;HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upon verification of eligibility, Potential Winner shall be&nbsp;deemed&nbsp;a \u201c<strong>Sweepstakes Winner<\/strong>.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. &nbsp;<strong>Prizes<\/strong>.&nbsp;ONE&nbsp;(1) prizes&nbsp;(each, a \u201c<strong>Prize<\/strong>\u201d) will be awarded during the Sweepstakes, which will consist of&nbsp;a Tango gift card valued at $50.00.&nbsp;Approximate retail value (\u201c<strong>ARV<\/strong>\u201d) of Prize is&nbsp;$50.00.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Receipt and use of&nbsp;Tango&nbsp;gift card subject to&nbsp;additional&nbsp;terms and conditions:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tangocard.com\/legal\/terms-of-service\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/www.tangocard.com\/legal\/terms-of-service<\/a>.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any fees\/expenses related to acceptance and use of Prize not specifically&nbsp;stated&nbsp;herein&nbsp;are the sole responsibility of Winner. The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) requires Form 1099-MISC to be issued and filed for each Sweepstakes Winner who receives a&nbsp;Prize, if&nbsp;the amount of the prize is $600 or more. If required, Sponsor will send each Sweepstakes Winner a W9 form, which must be completed and returned to Sponsor for the Sweepstakes Winner to receive the Prize. A copy of the Form 1099-MISC filed by Sponsor, will be sent to Sweepstakes Winner for the&nbsp;fair market value&nbsp;of the Prize. Any Sweepstakes Winner who&nbsp;fails to&nbsp;provide information sufficient to complete Form 1099-MISC (including, without limitation, Sweepstake Winner\u2019s social security&nbsp;number&nbsp;or tax identification number) shall&nbsp;forfeit&nbsp;any and all&nbsp;rights to the applicable Prize.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prize cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash; however, Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent substitutions at its sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes or components thereof.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions, or any act or omission whatsoever with respect to the Prizes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6. <strong>General Conditions<\/strong>. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States. Participation constitutes&nbsp;Entrant\u2019s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor\u2019s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.&nbsp;Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, garbled transmissions or miscommunications, telephone transmission problems; computer or software malfunctions or damage to a user\u2019s computer equipment (software or hardware); technical failures; or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise. Proof of sending or submission of entry will not be&nbsp;deemed&nbsp;proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor\u2019s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not&nbsp;constitute&nbsp;a waiver of that provision.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7. <strong>Liability<\/strong>.&nbsp;<strong>WARNING<\/strong>: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN&nbsp;ENTRANT&nbsp;OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW,&nbsp;AND,&nbsp;SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the entry process, and\/or the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes; to violate the Official Rules; or to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, (a) cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof); (b) modify the Sweepstakes or suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment&nbsp;or&nbsp;void any suspect entries,&nbsp;and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; and\/or (c) award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8. <strong>Publicity; Limitations of Liability; Release<\/strong>. THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF ANY PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED DUE TO CANCELLATIONS, DELAYS, OR INTERRUPTIONS DUE TO ACTS OF GOD, ACTS OF WAR, NATURAL DISASTERS, WEATHER, OR TERRORISM.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES SWEEPSTAKES WINNER\u2019S GRANT TO SPONSOR (WHICH GRANT WILL BE CONFIRMED IN WRITING ON REQUEST OF SPONSOR), AND THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES THE RIGHT AND PERMISSION TO PRINT, PUBLISH, BROADCAST, AND USE, WORLD WIDE IN ANY MEDIA NOW KNOWN OR HEREAFTER DEVELOPED, AT ANY TIME OR TIMES, THE WINNER\u2019S ENTRY, NAME, PICTURE, VOICE, LIKENESS, OPINIONS AND BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO HOMETOWN AND STATE) FOR ADVERTISING, TRADE, AND PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATION, COMPENSATION, PERMISSION, OR NOTIFICATION.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, ENTRANT AGREES THAT SUCH ENTRY, COMMUNICATIONS OR&nbsp;CONTENT&nbsp;SUBMISSIONS,&nbsp;CREATIVE SUGGESTIONS, IDEAS, NOTES, CONCEPTS OR OTHER MATERIALS&nbsp;(COLLECTIVELY,&nbsp;\u201c<strong>SUBMISSIONS<\/strong>\u201d) THAT ENTRANT MAY SUBMIT TO SPONSOR OR POST TO&nbsp;SOCIAL MEDIA&nbsp;IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES,&nbsp;INCLUDING ALL RIGHTS EMBODIED THEREIN,&nbsp;WHETHER SENT VIA ELECTRONIC MAIL, POSTED TO SOCIAL MEDIA,&nbsp;OR BY SOME OTHER MEANS, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION, SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE NON-CONFIDENTIAL, NON-PROPRIETARY,&nbsp;AND SPONSOR SHALL HAVE NO OBLIGATION OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO SUCH SUBMISSIONS AND SHALL BE FREE TO EDIT, EXPLOIT, MODIFY, PUBLISH, REPRODUCE, USE, DISCLOSE, DISSEMINATE AND DISTRIBUTE&nbsp;THE SUBMISSIONS TO OTHERS WITHOUT LIMITATION IN ANY AND ALL MEDIA NOW KNOWN OR&nbsp;HEREAFTER DEVISED, THROUGHOUT THE WORLD IN PERPETUITY FOR ANY PURPOSE WITHOUT COMPENSATION, PERMISSION,&nbsp;OR NOTIFICATION TO ENTRANT OR ANY THIRD PARTY. ENTRANT HEREBY GRANTS TO THE SPONSOR AND ITS LEGAL REPRESENTATIVES, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, AN IRREVOCABLE, AND WORLDWIDE LICENSE TO USE IN PERPETUITY THE SUBMISSIONS IN ANY FORM OR FORMAT AND TO MODIFY THE SAME&nbsp;AND ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT IF SPONSOR DOES USE THE SUBMISSIONS ENTRANT SHALL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY CREDIT, CONSIDERATION, NOTICE OR PAYMENTS OF ANY KIND.&nbsp;ENTRANT WAIVES ANY MORAL RIGHTS&nbsp;THEY&nbsp;MAY HAVE TO THE SUBMISSIONS AND AGREES THAT IF SPONSOR ELECTS TO USE SUBMISSIONS FOR ANY PURPOSE, ALL RIGHTS UNDER COPYRIGHT OR OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS WHICH MAY RESULT FROM THAT RELATING TO ENTRANT\u2019S SUBMISSIONS OR FROM USE OF THE SAME BY SPONSOR SHALL BE THE SOLE PROPERTY OF SPONSOR. ENTRANT FURTHER AGREES THAT IF SPONSOR ELECTS TO USE ENTRANT\u2019S SUBMISSIONS, ENTRANT WILL EXECUTE ANY DOCUMENTS REQUESTED BY SPONSOR REGARDING THIS ASSIGNMENT. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply to this agreement.&nbsp;However, the Arbitrator, and not any federal, state, or local court or agency, shall have the exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of these Official Rules including, but not limited to, a claim that all or any part of these Official Rules is void or voidable.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If&nbsp;Entrant&nbsp;demonstrates that the costs of arbitration will be prohibitive as compared to the costs of litigation, Sponsor will pay as much of the administrative costs and arbitrator\u2019s fees required for the arbitration as the arbitrator deems necessary to prevent the cost of the arbitration from being prohibitive.&nbsp;In the final award, the arbitrator may apportion the costs of arbitration and the compensation of the arbitrator among the parties in such amounts as the arbitrator&nbsp;deems&nbsp;appropriate.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This arbitration agreement does not&nbsp;preclude&nbsp;Entrant&nbsp;from seeking action by federal, state, or local government agencies.&nbsp;Entrant&nbsp;and Sponsor also have the right to bring qualifying claims in small claims court.&nbsp;In addition,&nbsp;Entrant&nbsp;and Sponsor retain the right to apply to any court of competent jurisdiction for provisional relief, including pre-arbitral attachments or preliminary injunctions, and any such request shall not be deemed incompatible with these Official Rules, nor a waiver of the right to have disputes submitted to arbitration as provided in these Official Rules.\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Neither&nbsp;Entrant&nbsp;nor Sponsor may act as a class representative, nor&nbsp;participate&nbsp;as a member of a class of claimants, with respect to any Claim.&nbsp;Claims may not be arbitrated on a class or representative basis.&nbsp;The arbitrator can decide only&nbsp;Entrant&nbsp;and\/or Sponsor\u2019s individual Claims.&nbsp;The arbitrator may not&nbsp;consolidate&nbsp;or join the claims of other persons or parties who may be similarly situated.&nbsp;If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in&nbsp;arbitration&nbsp;we each waive any right to a jury trial.&nbsp;Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the arbitrator may award in the arbitration the same damages or other relief available under applicable law, including injunctive and declaratory relief (which may include public injunctive relief), as if the action were brought in court on an individual basis.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>THIS SECTION LIMITS CERTAIN RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO MAINTAIN A COURT ACTION, THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL, THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY FORM OF CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE CLAIM, THE RIGHT TO ENGAGE IN DISCOVERY EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN AAA RULES, AND THE RIGHT TO CERTAIN REMEDIES AND FORMS OF RELIEF.&nbsp;OTHER RIGHTS THAT&nbsp;ENTRANT&nbsp;OR SPONSOR WOULD HAVE IN COURT ALSO MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE IN ARBITRATION.<\/strong>&nbsp;\u202fIf any provision of this Section is found to be invalid or unenforceable, then that specific provision shall be of no force and effect and shall be severed, but the&nbsp;remainder&nbsp;of this Section will continue in full force and effect.&nbsp;No waiver of any provision of this Section of these Official Rules will be effective or enforceable unless recorded in a writing signed by the party waiving such a right or requirement.&nbsp;Such a waiver shall not waive or affect any other&nbsp;portion&nbsp;of these Official Rules.
