Supporting Housing Stability on Atlanta’s Westside

Across neighborhoods nationwide, Progress Residential team members rolled up their sleeves
in 2025, cleaning, planting, assembling holiday gifts, and more to strengthen the communities they
call home.

Throughout the year, our team volunteered hundreds of hours working alongside nonprofit organizations and local partners, helping support programs that make our neighborhoods more
vibrant and resilient. Whether participating in revitalization projects, housing initiatives, or holiday
giving programs, these efforts reflect our commitment to creating meaningful impact – not only
through financial investment, but through hands-on service as well.

One example of this commitment is our work with Westside Future Fund in Atlanta. In 2025, Progress Residential contributed $100,000 as the organization’s first-ever official Volunteer Sponsor and participated in volunteer opportunities including the MLK Day of Service, Ride for the Westside,
and Holiday Wishes Program. Through partnerships like this, we help advance community-driven
initiatives that support residents while strengthening neighborhood connections. “When you’re working alongside volunteers and community partners, you get to see the impact firsthand,” said Jim Rice III, Account Manager at Progress Residential Atlanta.

“Those moments make the work real. You’re not just contributing; you’re part of a community coming together.”

Lasting impact happens when organizations, volunteers, and neighbors work together toward a
shared purpose. By investing our time, resources, and expertise, we can help create more connected communities where people feel supported and proud to call home.

Commitment to our communities is one of Progress Residential’s Principles.
