Add or Remove a Roommate

Please note: Your name, phone number, and address must match the information on your lease and in our records in order to use this form. 

Please note: When removing a roommate, there is a one-time $100 Amendment Fee. When adding a roommate, there is a one-time $50 Lease Application Fee and a one-time $100 Amendment fee per new roommate. Each new roommate will also need to complete a Lease Application and provide valid photo identification. If you are adding a roommate, once you submit this form, a Progress team member will follow up with you to gather more information.

Please submit color pictures of the front and back of valid, government issued, photo identification. All four corners of the ID must be visible in the picture. Scanned documents and black and white photos will not be accepted.
