Getting Started
1. Confirm Availability
Prospective residents can find internet service details on the property page at RentProgress.com. Current and future residents with a signed lease: Internet Service may be available at the home, as stated in your lease. Please review the lease to verify.
2. Activate Service
Call Second Nature at (888) 522-6888 to set up service between the hours of 8am to 7pm EST.
3. Set Up Equipment
Equipment is shipped directly to the home. Most homes are pre-wired for easy self-installation. If professional installation is needed, it will be provided at no additional cost.

What equipment is required?
Internet service includes all necessary equipment, typically a modem and router.
The equipment remains the property of the service provider.
What happens at move-out?
Residents do not need to take any action to deactivate their service. Before your move-out date, you will receive an email with instructions on what to do with your equipment.
Cancel Upgrades: If you purchased any optional services from the provider, be sure to cancel them to avoid any additional charges.
Who do I contact for support?
For setup or troubleshooting, contact Second Nature:
Some homes may qualify for additional services (e.g., phone service) offered directly by the provider. These are not included in Internet Service and are not managed by Progress Residential. If purchased, you will receive a separate bill from the provider.
