Search to find a home with a bedroom count that matches your voucher size. Keep in mind that the bedroom count of the home selected may not exceed your unit size approved by the Public Housing Agency under its applicable Public Housing Agency Plan or HCV Administrative Plan.
1. Provide Proof of Rental Assistance
To qualify for a home using rental assistance, you will be required to provide proof of your rental assistance (such as a voucher, Request for Tenancy Approval or similar documentation under a Public Housing Agency or other federal, state, or local program required documentation) during the application process.
2. Gather Additional Documents
- A PDF of your Request for Tenancy Approval (RFTA/RTA)
- Housing Agency Caseworker Contact information
- Valid Photo ID
- Social Security Number or Card
- Vehicle information -- make, model, and license plate number
- Payment information for application fees -- pay your application fees using our secure online process
