SCOTTSDALE, AZ – Progress Residential has earned a 2025 Global Candidate Experience (CandE) Award from Talent Board for the fifth consecutive year. The recognition highlights Progress’ ongoing focus on creating a positive and transparent hiring journey for job candidates across the U.S.
The CandE Awards are based entirely on direct feedback from job candidates, reflecting how Progress’ recruiting practices help applicants feel engaged and supported throughout the process.

To earn a CandE Award, employers pay to participate in a rigorous two-step process that combines a self-assessment survey with detailed feedback from job candidates. The final analysis includes four key questions that have a significant impact on determining the winners:
1. Overall Rating: The overall candidate experience rating per those candidates surveyed
2. Apply Again Rating: Whether or not the candidates would reapply to the organization
3. Refer Others Rating: Whether or not the candidates would refer other job seekers to the organization
4. Relationship Rating: Whether or not candidates would change their business relationship status with the organization going forward based on their experience
