Ending Your Lease: Notice to Vacate or Move Out Form

We'd love for you to renew your lease and stay with us. We commonly offer 12-month, 24-month, and month-to-month renewals, but please let us know if those don't work for you, we may be able to come up with other options.

You can also switch to another one of our homes with our 
Home-to-Home Transfer program. Whether you're moving down the street or to a different state, easily move into another Progress home and avoid having to reapply, requalify, or pay new application or administration fees.

If it really is time for you to move out, we're sorry to see you go. Thank you for renting a home with us.

Please complete this notice to vacate form (one per household) to let us know you're moving out of the home.

We typically require at least 60 days advance notice.  Early Termination Fees may apply if you’re ending your lease early.  Refer to your lease agreement for details.
