When severe weather strikes, the safety and well-being of our residents, team members and communities is our number one priority. We want to be sure you have access to the resources you and your loved ones may need if you have been impacted by severe weather.

Responding to Hurricane Milton

We want you to know we are here for you, and we are here to support you throughout the storm and recovery process. We are reaching out to residents by text and email in the areas impacted by Hurricane Milton. Our goal is first and foremost to make sure you are safe, and then to understand any damage to your home. We will be prioritizing emergency repairs and completing service requests in these areas as quickly as possible, with priority given to those most impacted by the hurricane.

 

The best way to communicate with us is by responding to our texts and emails. However, you can always report maintenance issues online or by email at customercare@rentprogress.com. For maintenance emergencies, please call us at 833.774.7377.

 

We appreciate your patience as we work through a large volume of requests and focus first on those most impacted by the storms.
