I forgot my password. How do I access my account?

To reset your password, go to the Sign In page and click “I forgot my password”. Then, select “Forgot Password” and type in your username, which is the email address you used to create your account. Once that is complete, select “Reset via Email” and an email with the subject line “Account Password Reset” will be sent to the email address you provided.

Open the email and click the “Reset Password” button within the email. From there, follow the prompts to reset your password. The Reset Password link is valid for 1 hour, after that, you’ll need to start the Forgot Password process over to receive a new email with a new Reset Password link.

Once you create a new password, you will be taken to the Sign In page where you’ll need to sign in with your new password. If you experience any issues with our website, please fill out this webform. Our Web Support Team will help troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

How do I see my favorited homes?

To view your favorited homes, Sign In to your Progress account and select “Favorites” in the top right menu.

I do not remember my username for Progress.

Your username is the email address you used to create your Progress account. If you do not remember the email you used to register, click this link and fill out the webform so our Web Support Team can help you recover your username.

How do I update my Progress profile account information?

To update any profile account information, please Sign In and click on your name at the top right of the page. From there, select “Account Settings.” Once you’ve selected “Account Settings” you’ll be able to update your Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Area of Interest, Communication Preferences, and your Password.
