Apply to lease a Progress Residential Home for a 12-month term or longer between March 16, 2026, and March 31, 2026, and receive $500 off your first full month’s rent. Applicants must move into the home within 12 days of submitting their application, or, if HOA approval is required, 7 days from when HOA approval is received.
